comfortable room and accommodating staff, manager was very customer service oriented and wanted to offer options to deal with issues in the room. I have stayed here several times and if needed I would use them again.

When we arrived, we were told that all Hilton systems had crashed and they had to manually check us in and walk us up to our rooms and hopefully give us a key card once the system was back up and despite the long waits, this staff was extremely nice and apologetic.

Staff was great. The bar tenders especially were friendly, attentive, and provided service above and beyond, and great about telling us good places to go in the area. (there was another traveler in my party staying there in another room and she voiced the same opinion)

The area offers a variety of restaurants and is enjoyable just by itself. It’s close to other neighborhoods where you can go shopping or find any necessities.
